This plot of land between Houang Avenue 9 and Lorong Napiri, reserved for EC development drew 10 bidders. Hoi Hup Realty emerged to be the highest bidder among the rest and was awarded for this EC land sale, at a closing bid of S$183.8 million ( or S$331.02 per square foot per plot ratio).
